Shipping Information

Here you will find lots of information about how we ship, ship times and information. We do ship out daily!  We currently offer several types of USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS shipping for USA! All our international customers ship VIA USPS. Below days are actual business days, they do not include holidays nor weekends.

Standard Ground: 5-7 Days
3 Days Select: 3 Days
International: 5 - 8 Business Days
USA Overnight: 1 full business days, Guaranteed (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Saturday delivery is more.

If you place a special order or a custom order, you still have to factor in the time it takes us to receive your item. Should you fail to select the correct shipping to make your wear date, your item will still be ordered and you will be contacted to upgrade your shipping. Remember, we place the order with the manufacturer when you place and pay for your order. Each manufacturer has different turn around times. Should you want to Rush Cut your order for a formal wear item, you need to do so with each product that you order. Each formal wear item explains the options for shipping time. It is imperative that you put your wear date down on all orders, so we can double check that your items will make your event. Please note that all items have the option of adding insurance, you must call the store prior to ordering to add this to your order. We are not responsible for any packages once they leave our hands.

• All International Orders will be shipped out via USPS Express mail. Please note that we are not responsible for how long customs holds your items and are not responsible if they hold your items over after your wear date. Also, if you are international and you place an order larger than $500 the shipping calculator does not quote for that large of an order. You will be invoiced for any additional international shipping fees. Please check the normal transit times through customs prior to ordering. We are not responsible for duties or international taxes that you maybe charged by your country.

• FREE shipping promotion only applies to the United States residents. If you order something with Free shipping and have to return it for any reason, you will be billed for the shipping/handling charge. We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
• Failure to put the proper shipping address down will result in another shipping fee on the customers part. We are not responsible for address errors on your invoice. Please note that we ship your items in one shipment unless you make prior arrangements.

• Wear Date required on all formal wear - special occasion wear and formal accessories: Should you fail to do so, your item will ship when it is available or ready. Please make sure to add your wear date or event date in the comment box at checkout. You will not be able to cancel your order if you fail to put down your wear date/event date on the initial order. Once we have placed the order with the manufacturer, it will be all sales final since we are unable to cancel our order with the manufacturer. If you do put your wear date/event date down on your original order and the manufacturer is unable to make your wear date, we will cancel your order for you and refund you in full.
• While every attempt is made to meet or exceed your requested delivery date, it is not a "guaranteed delivery date". Items can deliver a bit later in some cases due to the manufacturer, so please be sure to allow enough time for your event. Remember, the time quoted on our formal wear is the approximate time it takes to get to us and then we must stil ship it to you. A requested delivery date can not be changed after the order is placed since we are unable to make any changes with the manufacturer. All ship times posted on our website are approximates and average turn around times, things to happen that are out of our control (weather, catastrophic events etc). You may not cancel your order if there is a delay on the manufacturers part, only if we are unable to get your order to you prior to your wear date.
• Same Day Shipping: You item must be ordered by NOON Eastern time Monday- Friday to qualify for same day shipping. If ordered after NOON, your item will ship out first thing the next business day.
