Can I get a discount if I order multiple items.

Yes, we do offer a 10% discunt when you purchase 8 or more dresses/suits. We are unable to offer anything more than that at this time as our manufacturers do not lower the pricing on their ends.

We usually feature a flower girl dress each month by purchasing a large volume of them and then creating a fantastic price for our customers. When we do this, the dresses usually sell out quite fast. We can not guarantee the prices for future purchases so, it is best to book your flower girl dress as soon as your ready.

Q: How long does a Flower Girl Dress Take to Ship out if it is a Custom Order?
I noticed that some of your Flower Girl Dresses state that they are custom ordered? What does that mean and what is the shipping time on them?
A:
Some of our gowns, we order direct on your behalf. That is why we have such great prices on our gowns and can offer them wholesale to the public. The gowns we don't have in stock, we simply place the order and have them shipped to you. Normally the dresses leave the manufacturer within 2 weeks. Sometimes if they are under production, it can take between 6- 14 weeks. When you checkout, please give us your "Event Date", that way we can ensure your dresses arrive in plenty of time!
The shipping time frames listed on each dress or manufacturer pages are based on average turn around times. We simply are unable to guarantee turn around times.
Q: When picking out your Flower Girl Dress!
Dress Tips:
A:
***Most small flower girls have a hard time wearing floor length gowns so, select a style that would be age appropriate. T-Length or 3/4 length dresses are the best since they don't fall or trip as easily.
***A Jr. Bridesmaid or an older child can wear more fitted styles and manage fine in floor length gowns.
***At your reception serve your flower girls sprite or white grape juice, to minimize stains.
***It is also wise to get a dress that is slightly bigger than the child and have it adjusted the week prior. Having a dress that is too tight can make your child cranky.
***Consider the weather the day of the event! If it is cooler, you may want to consider a wrap or poncho (we carry both).
***Assign a bridesmaid to each of your flower girls to ensure that they have an extra set of hands!
***Consider doing a children's themed table at your reception. Each setting can have colors, books, and age appropriate activites. You can also create a special purse for each flower girl packed with small snacks and a bottle water.
***Don't dress the flower girl until right before the ceremony or pictures.
Q: How often do you get new items in?

Believe it or not, we are a high volume boutique so, our inventory does fluctuate often. We get various lines in throughout the year and the best way to know whats next is to take a peak at our online calendar! We can keep the public posted as to what is next. You may also want to subscribe to our free email newsletter.
Q: How do I know my childs size?
HOW DO I KNOW MY CHILDS SIZE?
A:
We have posted size charts for our formal and christening lines, to help ensure the correct sizing. We always tell our clients to order something slightly larger since it can be fitted just for them. Having a uncomfortable flower girl or ring bearer can create the wedding blue's. It's important to have their clothing fit them nice and confortably. We will gladly help guide you in selecting your size, however we can not guarantee sizing over the phone or internet since we do not get to measure your child personally.

Q: Can you walk me through exchanging my item for another!
I would like to exchange an item, how?
A:
We have worked hard to place an exchange system in place, to create a smooth an easy system for everyone. Should you need another size or would like to do an exchange on any of the items please contact Jennifer within 48 hours of recieving the items at jennifer@sosweetboutique.com. We will then issue you an RA number and the item must be recieved back to us within 10 days total of receiveing the goods. Please note that the items must be shipped back with all tags in tact, original packaging along with the packing slip (RA number written on packing slip & on the outside of the package). Once the items have been returned to us, we will then notifiy you of your instore credit (all shipping is non refundable).
If you order items during a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be incurred should you return or exchange the item.
It is recommended that you place a brand new order with us if you are selecting a new size or exchange. We can't guarantee that the size or item would be instock by the time we processed your exchange. That way the new item gets shipped out to you promptly. So, after you speak to someone and obtain your RA number, it is best to place a new order immediatly.
Just provide a note in the comment box at checkout with your exchange RA number so, it is on file that you selected those items in lieu. You will be charged for your new order, but once the exchange is back in our hands within 10 days, we will then issue you a credit (without incurring the restock fee).
Please note that any items that are custom made or marked down, all sales final.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Please check orders immediately and report any errors within two working days.
Returns must be made within two weeks after you receive the order. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please ship it back and we will be happy to exchange it or issue a credit. All items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. An Return Authorize number must be given. Please email jennifer@sosweetboutique.com with your order number, and the date the item was recieved. We will then promptly issue you your return number.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
You must contact us for the RA number The items need to be returned to us with 14 days of you recieving it, we are a small boutique and our inventory is seasonal. Once we recieve the item, you will recieve an in store credit with So Sweet Boutique. A password and screen name will be created an emailed to you to assist you in using your credit at your convenience. If you want to exchange your item right away to get something specific, it is recommended that you purchase it now, notfiy us, and we will credit the monies from the original order back to your account. We can't hold items for you due to our volume online and in our store. All shipping is non-refundable Flower Girl Dresses and Custom Orders, ALL SALES FINAL. ***Please note, that if we ship out an item to an address that you have submitted and it is returned to us, you will be charged for shipping and the restock fee. If you wish to have the item reshipped to you, you will incur a second shipping fee since we incur them as well. Please make sure you select the correct shipping address.***ALL clothing should be shipped back to us in unwashed and tags still intact. Should you not send So Sweet Boutique the clothing in the original condition, the garments will be tossed out and no credit will be issued. It is So Sweet Boutique's sole discression to inspect the garments when returned prior to issuing a credit.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order --with the authorized RA number, without that information we cannot process your return or exchange. Your package MUST have the RA number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Should your package not have the RA number and not be returned to us within 14 days, it will be marked REFUSED and shipped back to you at your expense.
Please understand that So Sweet Boutique is a family owned business and we attempt to keep our prices as low to the public as possible.
