*If you are International order, all payments must be through PAYPAL. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to make payment this way.

For orders placed online, If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order did not go through. Please call us at 407-260-0708 extension 9 so, we can help process your payment. Please make sure to check your spam box prior to contacting us.
Free Payment Plans: We do offer free payment plans as a courtesy to all of our clients. Payment plans can range from 30-60 days depending on the gown. You will be sent a written contract via email or text to the terms, please send it back promptly (within 24 hours) Please make your payment as agreed to avoid any extra charges or a total forfeit of your purchase. If you need an extension on your payment that is due, please just reach out to management so arrangements can be made, we do try to be as flexible as possible to assist our clients. Please note, PayPal also offers a flexible payment plan should you prefer.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable as agreed to in the contract that you signed agreeing to your payment plan. We do not refund security deposits because we have taken the dress of your choice off of the showroom floor, losing time and opportunity to sell to another client. If a deposit has been made on a special order, manufacturers and designers do not allow cancellations or refunds of any sort and charge us immediately at time of placing your special order. Online Return Policy If purchased at www.sosweetboutique.com: All Sales Final, Your Checked the box agreeing to our terms prior to the website asking for payment. This is industry standard.
Online Clients Return and Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of the garments and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the you have placed your order. Your dress is often ordered from the manufacturer, and therefore, cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide to use as a reference may be found by clicking the size chart. We inspect every dress that comes through us to check for any defects or damages, however, in the event the dress arrives to you in a damaged condition contact us by email at customercare@sosweetboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress (along with pictures) so we can arrange to send a return authorization for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The exact same style and size will be re-ordered on your behalf, no extra shipping charges will be incurred on behalf of the client. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact and must be returned before your event date. Please note, should a dress be shipped to you beadwork, clasps and threads can become loose in transit. Due to the fragile nature of things being hand done and so forth. This is not considered damaged or defective in anyway. Clearance gowns are sold AS IS, no returns or exchanges for any reason. A small section of our clearance dresses could be priced lower due to missing beadwork or damages from being tried on. Please ask prior to purchase.
Damages: Please note dresses are not considered damaged or defective should you rip or tear your garment at your event or beadwork becomes loose or falls off. Our gowns are hand made and fragile in nature, please wear delicately.
Color Variations: Color's maybe depicted differently on your computer or smart phone than of what they actually are. Feel free to call our customer service if you need a better description of the color. Please take that into consideration when ordering online as all sales are final.
Sizing / Measurements: For our online customers, we have to count on you giving us proper measurements should we assist you over the telephone with sizing. Since we are not the ones measuring ourselves, we cannot guarantee sizing assistance unless we do it ourselves. Should you give us incorrect measurements, it could affect what size we suggest and we are not responsible for clients not properly measuring or using the size charts.
Alterations: Nearly every dress will require alterations to get a perfect fit. Dresses are made to a standard measurement, based on the manufacturer’s size chart, and can then be altered to fit you. Please choose the largest size based on your largest measurement and the size chart. Dresses can almost always be taken in to fit you, but letting dresses out is never as easy. When ordering your prom dress, please remember that alterations, especially a hem and taking up straps, are to be expected. Also, please be aware that all sizes are US sizes. If you are ordering outside of the US please be aware your sizes may run differently. *Please note we are not responsible for alterations. Several of our dresses due have adjustable straps and corset backs reducing alterations needed.
Clearance/Mark Downs: All Sales Final, Sold as Is. Questions about a particular dress, please call prior to ordering. At times the item on sale online maybe slightly cheaper than in-store, this is due to the overhead of having a staff member assist you as well as standard overhead. A clearance and or sale prices reflect ONLY the stock piece we have in the store and not on new special orders. All special orders with the designer / manufacturer will be full price.
In Store Pricing: In store pricing maybe slightly higher than internet pricing due to overhead. Internet is strictly for the client that does not require a full service boutique. However, we do our very best to off-set the in-store price by offering free professional garment bags on all full priced dresses purchased in-store, free sizing, free merch while supplies last, free payment plan options, free prom dress registry from our boutique and a light steam out.
Shipping: Standard economy USA shipping takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. If the dress is in-stock in our local Orlando area shop and the order is placed by 1pm Eastern Monday- Friday during peak season, the dress will be shipped out the same day. You may choose to expedite shipping if your wear date is sooner by selecting one of the expedited shipping options. Dresses that are special ordered from the manufacturer will take a little longer as the dress will has to be shipped to us, then we will ship it to you as per your shipping choice, or you may be contacted to expedite shipping if your wear date is close. You can also elect to have the manufacturer / designer ship directly to you if it is available bi-passing us for a faster arrival. Each manufacturer/Designer has their own individual "direct ship fee". You are responsible for any expedited shipping charges including additional charges that may be incurred over what the estimated cost shows. International customers will pay shipping based on the current rate and are responsible for any additional taxes or duties. During season (Sept & October Mid Jan-April) If you order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be Monday before we can process your order. Off season if you place your order over the weekend or on that Monday, your item will promptly ship out Tuesday. PLEASE monitor your email address for important information regarding your order such as tracking or if the dress is sold out.
