*If you are International, all payments must be through PAYPAL. You do not need a paypal account in order to make payment this way.
Return Policy In-Store: ALL SALES FINAL, no exceptions. Per the contract agreement you signed at time of purchase.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable as agreed to in the contract that you signed at time of leaving a deposit. We do not refund security deposits because we have taken the dress of your choice off of the showroom floor, losing time and opportuity to sell to another client. Manufactueres and designers do not allow cancellations or refunds of any sort. This is industry standard, no exceptions.
Return and Exchange Policy For Online Clients:
Due to the nature of the garments and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the you have placed your order. Your dress is often ordered from the manufacturer, and therefore, cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide to use as a reference may be found by clicking the size chart. We inspect every dress that comes through us to check for any defects or damages, however, in the event the dress arrives to you in a damaged condition contact us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact and must be returned before your event date. Please note, should a dress be shipped to you beadwork, clasps and threads can become loose in transit. Due to the fragile nature of things being hand done and so forth. This is not considered damaged or defective in anyway. Clearance gowns are sold AS IS, no returns or exchanges for any reason. Our clearance dresses could be priced lower due to missing beadwork or damages from being tried on. Please ask prior to purchase.
Corona Virus Update On Returns: Our manufacturers will not take returns, no exceptions. Therefore we are unable to accept returns of any kind as well. Our contracts in store and on our website policies, it does clearly indicate all sales final, which was agreed at time of purchase. We are a specialty store, this is the industry standard.
Return and Exchange Policy For Online Clients: Once you leave So Sweet Boutique and signed your sales agreement, it is all sales final. All garments should be fully inspected prior to leaving our business location. For our online customers, you check a box prior to payment agreeing to our no return policy terms. We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Damages: Please note dresses are not considered damaged or defective should you rip or tear your garment at your event or beadwork becomes loose or falls off. Our gowns are hand made and fragile in nature, please wear delicatly.
Color Variations: Color's maybe depected differently on your computer or smart phone than of what they actually are. Please take that into consideration when ordering online as all sales are final.
Sizing / Measurements: For our online customers, we have to count on you giving us proper measurements should we assist you over the telephone with sizing. Since we are not the ones measuring ourselves, we can not guarantee sizing assistance unless we do it our selves. Should you give us incorrect measurements, it could affect what size we suggest and we are not responsible for clients not properly measuring or using the size charts. For our instore customers, we do guarantee the best size based on your measurements. Should you elect a smaller size than suggested, you will be responsible and it will be all sales final.
Nearly every dress will require alterations to get a perfect fit. Dresses are made to a standard measurement, based on the manufacturer’s size chart, and can then be altered to fit you. Please choose the largest size based on your largest measurement and the size chart. Dresses can almost always be taken in to fit you, but letting dresses out is never as easy. When ordering your prom dress, please remember that alterations, especially a hem and taking up straps, are to be expected. Also, please be aware that all sizes are US sizes. If you are ordering outside of the US please be aware your sizes may run differently. *Please note we are not responsible for alterations.
All Sales Final, Sold As Is. Questions about a particular dress, please call prior to ordering. Items on clearance or sale will have a $20.00 general shipping fee added after checkout. Clearance and or sale prices reflect ONLY the stock piece we have in the store and not on new special orders. All special orders with the designer / manufacturer will be full price.
In Store Pricing: In store pricing maybe slightly higher than internet pricing due to overhead. Internet is strictly for the client that does not require a full service boutique. All sales final.
Deposits: All deposits for special orders and or layaways are non-refundable and non-transferrable as agreed to in the contract that you signed at checkout. We offer free 60 day layaway option, should you fail to pay your full balance within 60 days you will be charged a $50 monthly fee to continue keeping your dress on layaway. Should you fail to make your final payment and not contact us to extend your layaway, your deposit and gown will be forfieted.
At times you maybe eligible for free economy shipping with full price purchases when promotion applies. Items on clearance or sale will have a $25.00 general shipping fee added after checkout. Our website does not allow us to configure shipping for sale merchandise. Should you pay by paypal, you will be invoiced the $20. Your dress will not ship out until full payment is made.
Standard economy USA shipping takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Dresses are shipped out as soon as possible. You may choose to expedite shipping if your wear date is sooner by selecting one of the expedited shipping options. Dresses that are special ordered from the manufacturer will take a little longer. The dress will be shipped to us, then we will ship it to you as per your shipping choice, or you may be contacted to expedite shipping if your wear date is close. You are responsible for any expedited shipping charges including additional charges that may be incurred over what the estimated cost shows. International customers will pay shipping based on the current rate and are responsible for any additional taxes or duties. If you order Friday after 12 PM EST or Saturday or Sunday, it will be Monday before we can process your order. We will notify you as soon as possible with availability and shipping information. PLEASE monitor your email address for important information regarding your order. For orders placed with dresses in stock at our boutique may not ship until the following business day.
