By placing an order on www.sosweetboutique.com, you agree to the following:
Orders & Payment
- International orders must be paid via PayPal (no PayPal account required).
- If you do not receive an order confirmation email, your order was not completed. Please check your spam folder, then contact us.

Final Sale / No Returns
All online sales are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size; please refer to the size chart before ordering.
Deposits & Special Orders
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Designers charge us immediately and do not allow returns.
Damaged Items (Online Orders Only)
All dresses are inspected prior to shipping.
If your dress arrives damaged, you must email customercare@sosweetboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If approved:
- The same style and size will be reordered at no additional shipping cost, or
- A merchandise credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable
Returned dresses must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned before your event date.
Loose beadwork, threads, or clasps due to shipping are not considered defects.
Clearance & Sale Items
All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and sold AS IS.
Some clearance gowns may be discounted due to minor flaws. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
Sizing & Measurements
- Online customers are responsible for selecting their correct size using the size chart.
- If sizing assistance is provided, it is based solely on measurements you supply, we cannot guarantee fit.
- All sizes are U.S. sizes.
Alterations
Most gowns require alterations. We are not responsible for alterations, including cost or outcome. Gowns can usually be taken in, but letting them out is limited. Some dresses include adjustable straps or corset backs to reduce alteration needs.
Color Variations
Colors may appear differently on screens. Please contact us if you need additional color details prior to ordering. All sales are final.
Shipping
- Standard U.S. shipping: 5–10 business days.
- In-stock orders placed by 1 PM ET (Mon–Fri) may ship same day during peak season.
- Special orders ship once received from the designer.
- Expedited shipping is available and the customer is responsible for all related charges.
- International customers are responsible for shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
